Ariel Hayes created the Mini Satin project in the late 1970s and gave up the project in 1982. Many breeders, however, continued to try and develop this rabbit type. In subsequent years, the shape of the animal began to change, and it shifted from a satinized Netherland dwarf to a larger, full-bodied but compact animal. Unfortunately, the most recent attempts to produce Mini Satins failed. The American Satin Rabbit Breeders Association is dedicated to the breeding, improvement, and conservation of Satin Rabbit varieties. In addition to the quality of the rabbits, the breeders of Satin Rabbits are dedicated to raising interest and demand for these gorgeous pets. The breeders of Satin Rabbits also recommend that you purchase a small or compact rabbit with smooth toplines. https://backyardbunnynews.com/what-is-the-american-satin-rabbit-breeders-association/?feed_id=343&_unique_id=6366879738b26
